Mum and Baby Pilates classes are a gentle, low-impact workout designed for new mums to rebuild strength and flexibility while bonding with their little ones. The class focuses on core stability, pelvic floor recovery, and overall body conditioning, helping mums regain posture and strength after childbirth. Babies are often incorporated into the exercises, either as added weight or for interactive play, making it a fun and supportive environment to connect with your baby and other mums. It’s a great way to get moving, reduce stress, and enjoy a bit of "me time" with your little one right by your side!
