Classes.

  • Reformer

    Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout performed on a specialized machine with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps. It combines resistance and controlled movements to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Mat

    Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise method focused on precise, bodyweight movements performed on a mat to enhance core strength, flexibility, spinal alignment, and overall body control, while also promoting better posture and stability.

  • Barre

    Barre is a low-impact, ballet-inspired workout that combines elements of Pilates, dance & strength training using a ballet barre, weights & bodyweight exercises to enhance muscle, flexibility, core strength, and overall endurance.


Joseph Pilates.

Joseph Pilates was a skilled gymnast, boxer, and bodybuilder whose dedication to physical fitness led him to develop a revolutionary method of movement and training—the Pilates Method. Inspired by his own journey toward health, he combined elements of flexibility, control, and mindful movement to create a system designed to benefit everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

At Tribal Pilates, we honour his legacy by welcoming men and women of all ages to experience the transformative power of his work. All our teachers are trained in the STOTT method - a contemporary approach to Joseph’s classical Pilates method
